Our closest friend Sharene graciously gave us the Tibetan Sharaka as our wedding gift. We loved it so much - we decided that we wanted a set of three! We are using the one Sharene gave us for own memories and wishes, the Lester Sharaka for wishes for our friends and the Sharon Sharaka for wishes for our families. For us, this came to be our most favorite wedding gift. The beautiful message that accompanied our Tibetan Sharaka will be with us forever, and we couldn’t be more proud to have a collection of three in our new home together. 1. GOOD MEMORIES: A page from an auction house catalog from the old days – and some ashes to remind you of our New Year’s Eve ceremonies.

2. FUN: A match from Landmark from the night of your reception.

3. LOVE: A lingam stone from Primitive – your wedding there was such a celebration of love – may the spirit of that night always stay with you.

4. PEACE: Black sand from Hawaii – the most peaceful place in the world to me!

5. JOY: A piece of my ticket to the Dalai Lama event in Chicago – that man embodies true joy.

6. SUCCESS: A dollar bill – may it bring you a hundred million more like it!

7. FAMILY: A stone from my parent’s house.

8. MAGIC: My own special magic saffron rice.
