This Sharaka incorporates layers
of thin paper that is printed with Tibetan script and has
a finial with an aged silver component. There is a wonderful
Tibetan Lama in Chicago, Lama Lobsang Palden Rinpoche, who
specializes in Tibetan healing massage, yoga and meditation
– I asked him to translate the text on this paper.
He has assured me that it says "all good things".
In case you're in the neighborhood – you might want
to schedule a massage with him – he gives a two-hour
intense massage that is the best I've ever had – and
equally important, he chants over you, uses stones, bells
